The Peret Creasy Converting Creasing analyser will measure cracks and splitting on folded packaging products. The bead and the crease can be measured and compared to a known satisfactory running standard therefore helping to avoid running problems on the packaging line.
The basic version will give a simple check of embossing and folding and a PDF report can be generated.
The Creasy Premium adds further functionality including the ability to measure standards and connect to manual and automatic embossing area measurement tools such as the E Guide and the E Guide Pro.

Printflow DC expands the benefits of CIP 3 compatibility by combining the DIPS (digital ink preset system) with connectivity to the Easytrax and Intellitrax scanning spectrophotometers from X Rite.
When scans are executed, the scan data is automatically sent to the Printflow DC where it displays both the measured values and the necessary key movements to correct the colour. The data is then transferred directly to the press console which automatically adjusts the ink keys to enable the required colours to be achieved.
